Sites associated with John the Baptist
 
John the Baptist Sites
Several locations claim to be the site of John’s baptism in the Jordan, from the southern tip of the Sea of Galilee to a cave near Jerusalem.
 
In addition, several sites claim to have the remains of all or part of John the Baptist.
