The Spirituality
of Leadership in Scripture
- Introduction
-
- Because much of the Jewish Bible was written at the upper echelons
of government, and because much of the New Testament was written
about God become flesh or by apostolic leaders, leadership is
a central topic in the Bible. What characteristics are assigned
to God as the good leader? How do human political institutions
at any given time influence that portrait? How should we coach
and develop leaders in our communities?
